Givo Boutique Return and Refund Policy

At Givo Boutique, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer return and refund options subject to the following conditions:
Returns
1. Return Period: We accept returns within 10 days of receiving the product. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact.
3. Return Process: To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team at givoboutique@gmail.com and provide the necessary information, including photos of the items, the order number, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
4. Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is the result of an error on the part of Givo Boutique or a defective product.
Refunds
1. Refund Process: Once we receive and verify the return, we will process the refund within 1 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer.
2. Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may apply. This may occur if the returned product is not in its original condition, if a part of the product is missing, or if it is damaged.
3. Shipping Refunds: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an error on the part of Givo Boutique or a defective product.
Exceptions
The following situations may not be eligible for returns or refunds:
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Intimate or personal hygiene products.
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
