Givo Boutique Shipping Policy.

Shipping

Shipping Zones: We ship our products to addresses within Puerto Rico and the United States. We currently do not ship internationally.

Processing Time: Order processing time is approximately 2 to 5 business days. Please note that orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the package's weight and destination. Shipping cost details will be provided during the online checkout process.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard USPS shipping within 2 to 8 business days.

Shipment Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Delivery

Shipping Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address when placing the order. Givo Boutique is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Successful Delivery: We strive to ensure that your order is delivered safely and in a timely manner. However, Givo Boutique is not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or other logistical issues.

Failed Delivery: In the event that delivery cannot be made due to the recipient's absence, the package will be returned to our facility. Additional charges will apply to reship the package.
